Vijay Kumar, a II Town SI committed suicide in Gudivada of Krishna district in AP. The police personnel resorted to the extreme step at his residential apartment in the town. There are allegations that SI Vijay Kumar entered into an extramarital relationship with a beautician in Gudivada. It is also learnt that the SI who had been married for three months instead of living with his wife, has been cohabiting the beautician. Earlier, the SI had even faced suspension due to his extramarital relationship.
Was he threatened?
Though Vijay has been married, he has been cohabiting the beautician in his apartment. Preliminary investigation revealed that Vijay might’ve taken the extreme step fearing pressure from his in-laws and from the beautician who threatened about revealing the affair if the former planned to live with his wife.
