Kangana Ranaut is the top-most heroine of Bollywood when it comes to female centric films. Her crowd-pulling power is second to none of her male counterparts. Manikarnika established her as the biggest female superstar of the nation. She is currently acting in Thalaivi which is based on the life of former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu J. Jayalalithaa.
Thalaivi is the most ambitious project of Kangana to date which needs her to undergo various makeovers. This multilingual biopic is directed by A.L Vijay and produced by Vishnu Induri, Shailesh R. Singh, and Deepak Simhal. While Kangana is playing the titular role, Arvind Swami is essaying the role of M.G.R in Thalaivi. Prakash Raj, Poorna, Madhoo, and Bhagyashree constitute the remaining cast.
The team held its earlier schedule in Hyderabad and shot pivotal portions on Kangana before she left for Manali to attend her brother’s wedding. She is all set to land in Hyderabad again for the last schedule of Thalaivi which is going to commence shortly. Kangana took to her micro-blogging site and tweeted the same and expressed her yearning for mountains.
It’s never easy to say bye but time to say bye to my mountains, leaving for last schedule of Thalaivi to Hyderabad, post that cos of back to back filming commitments might not be back in Manali anytime soon but thank you Himalayas for giving me shelter in testing times ❤️ pic.twitter.com/KNGKh8QmWB
