Second innings play an important role in the careers of our stars as they try to reinvent themselves with variety roles in their comeback films. Same thing is happening in the case of Power Star Pawan Kalyan as he is now open to play a gamut of different roles in his second innings. His current film Vakeel Saab is the remake of Bollywood flick Pink which is on the verge of its completion.
Sithara Entertainments released an announcement video of their Telugu remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum starring Pawan Kalyan on Vijayadasami. While Pawan is playing the role of Ayyappan which was played by Biju Menon in the original, makers have tried to rope in Rana for Koshy’s role played by Prithviraj. Rana is said to have opted out due to his commitments and the team has reportedly zeroed in on Kichcha Sudeep.
They are of the opinion that Sudeep will be perfectly apt to play the spoiled brat role of Koshy and he also shares good rapport with Power Star. Sudeep and Pawan met in the latter’s office recently and industry circles already speculated about an impending combination of the both back then. Sudeep also remade Pawan’s Attarintiki Daaredi as Ranna and bagged a hit.
This remake film is directed by Saagar K Chandra who made films like Ayyare and Appatlo Okadundevadu.
