Lady filmmaker Sudha Kongara has become the most sought after director in Kollywood now. Her latest OTT sensation Aakasam Nee Haddura with Suriya is well received by the audiences. This inspiring tale based on the life of Air Deccan founder, G.R Gopinath is riveting. Suriya is back to the form with his adorable performance in ANH.
After seeing its performance on the small screen, the makers of the film are reportedly thinking to release it in theatres for Sankranthi. A noted production house from Mumbai is in talks with Shahid Kapoor to remake ANH in Hindi reprising Sudha as the director.
Kollywood sources are abuzz that Sudha is penning a script for Suriya’s brother Karthi and is going to meet him shortly for narrating it. If her script impresses the Khaidi star, this film will go on to the floors after Sankranthi. Speculations about Sudha’s film with Ajith are ruled out now as the star hero never acknowledged it. We hope that her script gels with Karthi and the project takes off shortly.
