BJP MLA Raja Singh in a selfie video alleged the Telangana Police of working hand in glove with those transporting cows illegally for slaughter and even went on to term the police as brokers. The Goshamahal MLA along with his team has earlier stopped a container transporting cows at Shamshabad. Reacting to the remarks made by Raja Singh, the Cyberabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar lashed out at the former and warned of legal action.
“He is responsible and should maintain some decorum while making such comments, instead of making baseless allegations. They can approach the local police or the DCPs and even the commissioner and we will definitely take action against those involved. Instead of following the procedure, making such comments is uncalled for,” Sajjanar said, adding it has become a new fashion for some to speak against the police department and that legal action is being mulled against the controversial MLA.
Meanwhile, Telangana BJP Chief Bandi Sanjay has backed the BJP MLA Raja Singh saying that they didn’t blame the total police force instead only a few. The Lok Sabha MP also added that the police are supporting the TRS government in favour of awards and rewards.
