Blockbuster director Koratala Siva resumed the shoot of Acharya in November. Megastar who took a small break from the filming to attend Niharika’s wedding in Udaipur joined the shoot today. Siva finished the climax portions earlier and started shooting pivotal scenes on Chiru and this schedule will last till the end of this month.
Ram Charan who is playing an extended cameo in Acharya will join the sets in January. While Kajal Aggarwal is playing the female lead opposite Chiru, there is no clarity about Charan’s babe yet. If sources are to be believed, the makers are keen on finishing the filming by March and want to release the film on May 7th.
Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainments banners are jointly bankrolling Acharya. Cherry is planning to announce the release date officially after he finishes shooting for his role in it.
