Every director in Kollywood dreams of making a film with Superstar Rajinikanth in his career. As Rajini is entering politics shortly, his current film Annaatthe will be his last film most probably. It is directed by Siva who is known for his collaborations with Ajith.
Rajini started encouraging young directors like Pa. Ranjith, Karthik Subbaraj, and Siva lately. Siva is said to be canning the Hyderabad schedule of Annaatthe with extreme care as this is going to be Thalaiva’s last flick before his entry into politics.
This young director infused several changes in the form of political punches aimed to turn Rajini’s fans into voters for the latter’s political party. The makers took the deliberate decision to shoot in Ramoji Film City to avoid the crowds at the shooting spots in Tamil Nadu due to Rajini’s political decision.
Kollywood circles are abuzz that producer of Annaatthe, Kalanithi Maran who belongs to the Karunanidhi family will postpone the film’s release most probably to avoid its effect on fans. We have to wait for some more time to know whether Annaaatthe releases before elections or not.
