Sachin Joshi is one of the richest people in the country. He lives in Dubai and used to run a big Gutkha company along with his family members since a long time. Since the time Gutkha was banned, things have got tight for these businesses and Sachin has faced several legal issues.
In a similar case, Sachin was detained by the immigration department at the Mumbai airport on Tuesday morning. This is in connection with a Gutka seizure in Hyderabad in March this year. He was flown to Hyderabad by the local police for further questioning and the interrogation went on for several hours.
Later, he was let off after being served a notice under section 41 of the CrPC. Sachin Joshi is an NRI living in Dubai and was detained as soon as he landed in Mumbai. Sachin has done Telugu and Hindi films in the past and is a rich businessman who settled in Dubai now.
