A woman was beheaded and three others were killed by a knife-wielding attacker in an incident which has been described as a terrorist attack by the French Police. According to witnesses, the man who’s been apprehended had shouted Allahu Akbar at France’s Notre Dame church in Nice.
Christian Estrosi, the Mayor of Nice has condemned the incident in the strongest of terms and called for wiping out Islamo-fascism from the country by exonerating itself from the laws of peace, adding that enough is enough.
It is unclear whether the attack that happened on Thursday has any links to that of the beheading of the French teacher over the cartoons. The French President Emmanuel Macron would soon visit Nice. Meanwhile, there has been a stabbing in Saudi Arabia, and a Saudi national has been arrested in Jeddah for attacking a guard with a machete at the French consulate.
