It is learned that the Governor of Telangana, Tamilisai, has been handed the additional responsibilities as the Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Puducherry. Apart from attending official functions, visiting places is her favourite pastimes. On Sunday, she visited an urban forest on foot accompanied by officials and officers. On the occasion, she also surprised everyone present thereby holding an Indian python in her hands. Authorities have been instructed to take appropriate measures to prevent the virus from infected animals and wildlife.
