The demise of legendary singer S.P Balasubrahmanyam left a void in the music arena of the Indian film industry. President of South Indian Cine, TV and Dubbing Artists Union, Radha Ravi started a dubbing studio which was named after SPB in Chennai on Friday.
Radha Ravi announced that he is going to establish a dubbing studio in the name of SPB immediately after the death of the legendary singer. Speaking on the occasion, Radha Ravi said ‘Balu dubbed for stars like Gemini Ganesan, Rajinikanth, and Kamal Haasan alongside singing in all the Indian languages. Though he is not physically with us, he will live forever in the form of eternal songs sung by him’.
Representatives from the Dubbing Artists Union said that they are extremely proud of their President Ravi as he started the studio within two months of announcing it.
