As several names of Bollwyood celebrities are cropping up, NCB’s drug probe is taking interesting twists and turns, just like a thriller movie. The strange aspect about the ongoing investigation is that the number of ‘actresses’ involved in this case are more than their male counterparts. Top heroines like Rakul Preet Singh, Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor have already been questioned about sensational Whatsapp chats that have surfaced. Rakul reportedly told the officials that even though she is close to Rhea Chakraborty, she has never done drugs in her life.
Sources say that all these actresses have spoken the same words while being quizzing by NCB officials. ‘Hash’ was the keyword that came up regularly during the questioning. The actresses have revealed that when they mentioned ‘Hash,’ they were not referring to the popular drug that induces a ‘high’. NCB officials need at least six more months to solve this case as there are many more celebrities and as many as 20 drug dealers involved.
It seems like the drugs case will rock the film industry for a long time, keeping the actresses busy with questioning. Many of them have committed to big ticket projects produced by major banner houses. Rakul is currently featuring in a movie directed by Krish along with Megastar Chiranjeevi’s nephew Vaishnav Tej. Krish wants to complete this film before Pawan Kalyan wraps up his part for ‘Vakeel Saab’ and start ‘Virupaksha’ immediately. He has decided to complete the shooting in a single schedule, and hence, booked Rakul’s bulk dates. As Rakul needs to regularly attend NCB’s enquiry, Krish is now scratching his head on how to complete the shoot within the planned schedule.
