Gone are the days when film stars used to lead miserable last days by exhausting all the hard-earned moolah for friends and partying. The present generation of actors is investing in venues that can double their bucks and are lately venturing into various businesses. Actors used to stay in star hotels shelling out huge amounts when they were acting in other languages in the past.
As the films are slowly becoming Pan-Indian, the lead actors who act across the languages are buying properties in major cities like Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. These properties save them large sums and at the same time become rent generating sources in the future.
Kannada star hero Kichcha Sudeep has recently bought a luxurious flat in Gachibowli, Hyderabad worth Rs.5crores. This 47-year-old has acted in Pan-Indian fares like Baahubali and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy in the past and is reportedly playing one of the leading roles in the upcoming Pawan Kalyan’s film. So this requires him to stay in Hyderabad for a while and Filmnagar circles are appreciating his well-informed decision.
