Akkineni Sumanth is an under-rated actor who hasn’t achieved real success despite having talent. Satyam, Godavari and Golconda High School are the only successes in his career till date. Sumanth is trying his luck again with an emotional thriller named Kapatadhaari which is the remake of Kannada hit Kavaludaari. It is directed by Pradeep Krishnamoorthy and produced by Dr. G Dhananjayan and Lalitha Dhananjayan under Creative Entertainments and Distributors banner.
Rana Daggubati released the teaser of Kapatdhaari on Thursday which is captivating. The film focuses around the point that everything happens for a reason. Sumanth is seen in the role of a Traffic Policeman who tries to involve in a murder investigation. The teaser is cut in an interesting way that leaves us with inferences of the protagonist’s mysterious character.
While Swetha Nanditha is playing the female lead opposite Sumanth, Nasser, Jayaprakash, Suman Ranganath, Vennela Kishore are donning other roles. Cinematography for this fast paced thriller is handled by Rasamathi and the music is scored by Simon K King.
