Rana Daggubati has gradually emerged as the de facto choice for out of the box roles across all the languages. His upcoming film Virata Parvam is directed by Venu Udugula. It is based on the movement of radicals that were more prevalent in the 90’s era of Telangana.
While Rana is playing the role of Dr. Ravi Shankar alias Comrade Ravanna, Sai Pallavi is acting as the female lead opposite him. National award winner Priyamani is essaying the role of Comrade Bharathakka. Suresh Babu and Sudhakar Cherukuri are producing this realistic thriller.
The team announced its release date on social media which falls on April 30th. Nivetha Pethuraj, Naveen Chandra, Zarina Wahab, Nandita Das, and Easwari Rao are playing pivotal roles in Virata Parvam.
