After the debacle of Shailaja Reddy Alludu, director Maruthi regained his form with Sai Dharam Tej’s Prati Roju Pandage. Even though he wanted to helm a project with Ram Pothineni immediately, it hasn’t worked out due to reasons unknown. Maruthi narrated a script to Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja awhile ago which was planned to be bankrolled by UV Creations.
While Vamsi and Pramod were ready to shell out a remuneration of Rs.9crores to Ravi, he asked for Rs.12crores. This issue delayed the project and Maruthi is said to be setting a middle ground of Rs.10crores which is amicable for both the parties. UV Creations is planning to helm a film with Gopichand for a long time. The production house has reportedly decided to roll the combination of Gopi and Maruthi if the latter’s association with Ravi Teja doesn’t work out.
