Prestigious production house Vyjayanthi Movies is all set to produce a big budget magnum opus with Young Rebel Star Prabhas. Mahanati fame Nag Ashwin is directing it with a whopping budget of Rs. 500 crores. This film will be a socio-fantasy and there is no clarity as yet whether it is a sequel of Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari or a fresh script.
Indian Superstar Amitabh Bachchan has agreed to be a part of this film recently. Rumour is that he is being paid around Rs.25 crores as remuneration. The inclusion of Big B and Deepika Padukone took the film’s range to the next level. Veteran director Singeetham Srinivasa Rao is working as a script mentor.
The inclusion of K Raghavendra Rao is lately becoming the genesis for speculations that this is a sequel to Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari. The makers have reportedly consulted Raghavendra Rao for his suggestions regarding some important scenes and characters. The legendary director also played an active role in the earlier Baahubali series by providing his inputs for songs and some pivotal scenes.
Majority of the film’s shooting will be done using green mat as it has abundant VFX shots. While veteran producer Ashwini Dutt is producing it, his daughters Swapna Dutt and Priyanka Dutt are acting as co-producers.
