Nowadays, most of the people are facing gastric related issues, especially because of the modern lifestyle. For only those who suffer the pain can understand how bad it is as they face – Stomach pain, uneasiness and burning sensation in the chest. Usually, most of the people think that eating fry food leads to gastric related issues. However, did you know that vegetables and fruits cause gastric related issues? Shocked, that fruits and vegetables can cause gastric! Well yes, because some of the fruits and veggies that we eat may be complex to digest. Hence, avoid these fruits and vegetables in case you have gastric issues.
Jack Fruit

Jack fruit is loved by all as it is sweet and delicious. Well, it is also the world’s largest fruit that hangs from the tree. Though the fruit is loaded with essential nutrients, those having gastric should avoid it as it produces gas in the intestinal section. This also causes a burning sensation.
Arbi or Colocasia

Colocasia is rich in fiber and nutrients, its leaves help to add bulk to stools and eases bowel movement through the digestive tract. However, experts say that those having gastric related issues need to avoid eating this as it produces a lot of gas in the stomach.
Radish

Radish which is white in colour looks similar in shape to that of Carrot and is available in plenty during the winter season. Consuming, Radish too can cause gastric issues. However, to obtain relief from gastric issues that arise due to Radish, you can drink water mixed with either black salt or pudina leaves.
Peanuts

A wonderful curry combination for Puri or Chapati is peanuts, especially one cannot forget Chole bhature which comprises of fried bread from Maida and chickpeas. But again, doctors advise those having stomach related issues to avoid consumption of peanuts as they can aggravate gastric issues and also cause constipation. Though they can be eaten one must make sure the quantity is negligible.
Red Beans

One cannot imagine cooking Rajma Chawal without Red Beans. Mostly, North Indians enjoy this savoury. However, it must be noted that this recipe must be consumed in a moderate amount as they can cause digestion related issues as it is very complex. Also, while cooking red beans the use of masala should be reduced.
