As per reports, police have arrested accused Bittu Sreenu of his involvement in the brutal murder of lawyer couple, Gattu Vaman Rao and his spouse Nagamani while they were on their way to Hyderabad, from Manthani. The duo was stabbed and hacked to death in a brutal manner in broad daylight. The miscreants suspected to be professional killers had intercepted the lawyer couple’s vehicle and then killed them. Police arrested Bittu Sreenu on allegations that he had provided the killers’ vehicles and arms to attack the couple. It is learnt that Peddapalli ZP Chairman Putta Madhu’s nephew is Bittu Sreenu.
