These ‘Pan-Indian’ movie makers mostly prefer Bollywood beauties rather than Malayalam and Kannada babes who are ruling Tollywood.
Megastar is filming for Koratala Siva’s ‘Acharya’ now. After wrapping his role in it, he will immediately start the Telugu remake of ‘Lucifer’ under the direction of VV Vinayak. Currently Vinayak is in the task of tweaking the original’s script to suit to Telugu nativity. Megastar will have a heroine in this film whose character appears on the screen just for a brief time. The director has reportedly contacted Sonakshi Sinha for it and she is said to have given her nod. Sonakshi already played heroine in Rajinikanth’s ‘Linga’ earlier.
‘Mahanati’ fame Nag Ashwin is going to direct a mega budgeted socio-fantasy with Prabhas soon. This Rs. 500 crore budget film will start after Prabhas finishes his ‘Radhe Shyam’. It is produced by ‘Vyjayanthi Movies’ on a Pan-Indian scale. Deepika Padukone is selected to play the heroine’s character opposite Prabhas in it.
Superstar Mahesh Babu and ‘Geetha Govindam’ fame Parasuram are teaming up for the first time and their film is named ‘Sarkaru Vari Paata’. It is based on the biggest bank scam that happened in the nation and Anil Kapoor is playing antagonist in the film. This film is going to start its first schedule in Detroit which will last for 45 days. Parasuram is said to have contacted Vidya Balan for a pivotal role and she gave her nod to him. Vidya already acted as ‘Basavatarakam’ in ‘NTR’ series previously.
Ram Charan who is busy with Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ is going to act in another movie simultaneously. He is going to appear in Koratala Siva’s ‘Acharya’ along with his father Megastar Chiranjeevi. His 30-minute role is said to be designed in a powerful way. Kiara Advani who acted with Charan in ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ is going to pair up with him again in ‘Acharya’.
