Tollywood stars are on a signing-spree. Every star is busy with two or three films on sets and another couple of movies in discussion stages. But Mega Powerstar Ram Charan is said to be lagging in this ‘sign-race’ as there is no clarity about his upcoming projects after ‘RRR’ and ‘Acharya’. His ‘RRR’ co-star NTR has already given his nod to Trivikram and ‘KGF’ fame Prashanth Neel.
Ram Charan is now busy with Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’. He will join the sets of ‘Acharya’ once he completes his part in ‘RRR’. Cherry is playing an ‘extended-cameo’ in ‘Acharya. If sources are to be believed, his next film after ‘Acharya’ will be directed by successful young director Venky Kudumula. Venky’s previous films ‘Chalo’ and ‘Bheeshma’ became huge successes at the box office.
Venky Kudumula assisted ‘Guruji’ Trivikram before and his style of direction makes evident of that fact as he infuses clean humour into his films. Ram Charan reportedly liked the family emotions in Venky’s movies and decided to do a family entertainer after high-octane action drama like ‘RRR’. Charan selected Venky Kudumula over Vamshi Paidipally as the latter’s narration failed to entice him.
Prabhas’ home banner ‘UV Creations’ is producing this film along with Charan’s ‘Konidela Productions’. It will be the first venture for ‘UV Creations’ with a mega hero. More details about this movie will be revealed soon.
