After Baahubali made Prabhas a Pan-India star, every star hero down south is trying to make a national scale film. Tamil hero Dhanush is currently acting in Jagame Thandhiram directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Aishwarya Lekshmi is playing the female lead in it. Dhanush is said to be essaying a never-seen-before role in this action thriller.
He is getting ready to start a Pan-Indian film under the direction of Ratasan fame Ram Kumar shortly. Even though Ram Kumar narrated this script to Dhanush two years ago, it never took off due to the creative differences between the two. After all these years, Ram is said to have tweaked the script to Dhanush’s liking and this made the actor give his nod.
Dhanush has already starred in Bollywood movies in the past and he is known for his natural acting in the Hindi markets. He is currently acting in a Bollywood flick named Atrangi Re in which he is sharing the screen space with Khiladi Akshay Kumar.
