The TRS has been facing a critical situation having lost Dubbaka and having won just half of the seats in Greater Hyderabad. This has led to fear among the TRS and has even ignited a battle of supremacy among the leaders. Though it isn’t visible externally, according to party sources, something is happening within the party.
It is learnt that Harish Rao’s followers are furious that their leader has been insulted in Siddipet.
Actually, Harish had accompanied CM KCR for the development works of Komati Cheruvu, Rythu Vedika and double bedroom houses, as the former had taken the responsibility of the arrangements by staying in the district for three days. He was also spent a whole day with the Chief Minister reviewing all the projects and despite all these, the TRS leader was insulted at the venue of the public meeting. The security personnel pushed away Harish Rao, who was accompanying the CM. Didn’t the security personnel notice Harish Rao who was with the CM all day, is the doubt expressed by his followers?
Was this deliberate?
Harish Rao is one of the key leaders in the state and is the third important leader in the TRS. His close aides allege that this was not the first time their leader was insulted. Earlier, his name was not included in the list of ministers in KCR’s cabinet during the second term. There were allegations that after the defeat of the party in Dubbaka, he was reprimanded by the chief minister in Pragathi Bhavan. They are saying that there is no risk for their leader until KCR is the chief minister. However, they are expressing suspicions that something is happening as the incident of security men pushing him away took place in CM’s presence.
