Ramulu is known to all as a psycho who killed 18 women. His first murder was in 2003 and continued till 2021. His deeds came out when the police took up the investigation of a murder case of a woman under Ghatkesar police station limits. The police personnel were astonished by the murders of Ramulu as bodies of four women are yet to be traced out. The inquiry has brought forward the second aspect of him. Many are surprised whether the culprit had conspired in front of the officials.
As we know Ramulu got caught by police but he was imprisoned on several occasions. During his stint in jail, he conspired on other murders making his co-prisoners as his disciples and taught them on how to escape from jail and how to evade police. He also taught them in a practical manner.
Once unable to bear his deeds, he was kept in a dark room in Cherlapally jail. Later, he was shifted to Warangal jail in a bid to correct him. He started his teachings there. Apart from making one prisoner as his disciple, he not only taught him regarding how to escape but also planned a murder. The disciple started implementing them practically and escaped from jail. Though it was not known to anyone, the issue came to light after a prisoner was caught in an arms case.
The police are scratching their heads as they are unaware as to how many murders he had committed. The police said that he explained to his co prisoners how to escape and made them execute his plans.
No matter how smart they will get caught and will be imprisoned. This is the lesson they haven’t learnt yet. They missed a point that if he was that smart, how did he get caught?
