Akhil Akkineni is pinning all his hopes on his fourth outing Most Eligible Bachelor directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar. All his three previous films Akhil, Hello, and Mister Majnu bombed at the box office even though this young hero proved his acting prowess.
Bunny Vaas is producing MEB under GA2 Pictures while long-legged damsel Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead opposite Akhil. The makers released the Sankranthi poster of the film in which Pooja is placing her hands around the shoulders of Akhil from the back and looking at him with all the love in the world.
Most Eligible Bachelor would have been in theatres long ago if not for the lockdown. The pandemic postponed the shoot several times and the makers are currently helming the last schedule. Senior heroine Aamani played an important role in MEB. Vennela Kishore’s comedy is touted to be a major highlight of the film.
