Victory Venkatesh is high on the success of Venky Mama which was released last year. He teamed with his real-life nephew Naga Chaitanya in it directed by Bobby. It became a decent grosser at the box office and Venky shouldered the Telugu remake of Dhanush’s Asuran immediately.
Suresh Babu roped in Srikanth Addala to direct this remake and named it Naarappa. Venky’s rustic first look which was released long back made a lot of buzz. The shooting of the film was recently resumed after eight months and is on the verge of completion.
The team released Naarappa’s teaser now which showcased Venky roaring like a lion consumed with vengeance. Venky’s fans are excited to see him in this village avatar and are sure that the film will storm the box office. In fact, they are of the opinion that this character suited Venky well than Dhanush.
