The film has been in the making for close to two years now. Prabhas has signed multiple films and needs to wrap this film up so that he can go to the sets of his next with Nag Ashwin. But the film is getting delayed a lot and this is upsetting many.

The film is a period love story and has Pooja Hegde as the heroine. So, the maker took a brave decision and also went to Italy in these crunch COVID times so that they can finish the film and relieve Prabhas soon.
