Annaatthe is touted as Superstar Rajinikanth’s last film as he is entering politics shortly. This Siva directorial’s shoot is currently going on in Ramoji Film City. The team is canning the film at stellar speeds as Rajini will not be available once he announces his political party on December 31st.
Sun Pictures banner canceled the shoot of Annaatthe now as six of the unit members tested positive for COVID. Rajini’s negative test provided a big relief for the makers and this 70-year-old thespian is currently in home isolation. With a situation this bad, it is doubtful whether Rajinikanth completes the film or not as the assembly elections in Tamil Nadu are approaching fast.
