The developments at the Ramatheertham Temple are being held confidential by the officials of AP Endowments Department and the police, in the aftermath of the miscreants vandalizing the idol of Lord Ram. This has turned into a topic of great discussion and at the same time raised several suspicions.

No entry was permitted to media personnel to cover the rituals related to the Ramatheertham Temple when religious experts placed the idols of Lord Ram and Goddess Sita at an undisclosed location within the holy shrine. However, localites have expressed concerns over why no information is being let out regarding the developments in the temple, especially following the vandalization of the idols. After the visit of TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu and YSRCP RS MP V Vijayasai Reddy, the security has been beefed up at Bodhikonda.
