Rana Daggubati is currently busy with two films. Aranya with Prabhu Solomon which was scheduled to release in April got delayed due to lockdown. Palasa 1978 fame Venu Udugula’s Virata Parvam which is being shot in the backdrop of the Naxalite movement is also on the verge of completion.
Rana is reportedly playing one of the leading roles in the Telugu remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum along with Pawan Kalyan. He is also gearing up to share the screen space with his uncle Venkatesh in another upcoming film. Milind Rau who was acclaimed for his horror flick Gruham with Siddharth earlier is all set to do a film with Rana called Dheerudu.
Rana was impressed by the basic plot and asked Milind to develop the whole script. He will listen to the narration after returning from his honeymoon. This film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi languages. We have already seen Vishal’s Pattathu Yaanai as Dheerudu in Telugu in 2013. Let’s see how Rana’s Dheerudu shapes up in the coming days.
