Bigg Boss 1 winner Siva Balaji made his film debut in 2003 with Idi Maa Ashokgadi Love Story. He went on to play pivotal roles in films like Ela Cheppanu, Sankranthi, Annavaram, and Chandamama whereas Arya got him that much-needed recognition.
Siva Balaji appeared as a guest in ETV’s famous talk show Alitho Saradaga recently along with his wife Madhumitha. Responding to the host Ali’s questions, he said ‘I waited for a nice project for six months after the release of Arya. Even though Sankranthi became a hit, I encountered a gap again. This is partially due to my introvert behavior’.
‘Even though I requested a couple of makers to consider me for their films, it never happened. It made me take up the roles that I have been offered which made my career stagnant. At one stage, I tried to prove myself by producing a film. It incurred me heavy losses’, concluded Balaji.
