Senior politician and the President of BJP party for the state of Andhra Pradesh, Somu Veerraju met actor Rajendra Prasad in the latter’s residence in Hyderabad. Even though both touted it as a formal meet, political circles say that it is nothing but BJP’s strategy to expand its foothold in Andhra Pradesh.
Rajendra Prasad is vocal about his support for TDP from the beginning and nobody can forget him kissing Chandrababu on the stage of Ugadi Veduka held in 2017. This meet may be due to the BJP’s strategy to unify all the forces opposing the ruling Govt. in Andhra. Actress Hema has also attended this ‘formal’ meeting.
