Solo Brathuke So Better proved that OTT platforms can’t substitute the big screen experience whatsoever. This Sai Dharam Tej starrer which was released on Christmas eve emerged as a winner at the box office. Its collections broke the fears of the filmmakers and made them line their flicks for theatrical release.
SBSB is directed by debutant Subbu and bankrolled by B.V.S.N Prasad under his SVCC banner. Tollywood audiences started flocking to the theatres from the morning show itself and it recorded encouraging numbers on the first day despite the 50 percent occupancy rule.
There was a notable rise in the second-day collections of the film and the figures are as follows with Nizam-1.19crores, Ceded-0.59lakhs, Guntur-0.26lakhs, Nellore-0.13lakhs, Krishna-0.18lakhs, West Godavari-0.15lakhs, East Godavari-0.24lakhs and Vizag-0.55lakhs.
