The swearing-in episode in Vizag continues to go on. The issue which started between two leaders has turned into an issue between two parties. Responding to the allegations of Vijay Sai Reddy that the Visakha East MLA was indulging in land grabbing, the MLA challenged the YSRCP MP to come for swearing in front of God in the temple and also demanded him to sign a 100-rupee bond paper. The TDP leaders have alleged that instead of sending the YSRCP MP, the party leaders were playing dramas on a daily basis. Reacting to this, the YSRCP leaders lashed out at the TDP MLA on Friday and on Saturday, YSRCP leader Vijaya Nirmala along with her followers tried to gherao the MLA’s residence, while on Sunday Amarnath Gudivada, the YSRCP MLA from Anakapalle visited the temple along with his followers and backed the allegations made by the YSRCP RS MP against the TDP MLA. However, residents of Vizag are fed up stating that the whole issue is like a serial.
Velagapudi Ramakrishna Babu is A10 in the murder case of Vangaveeti Radha. The YSRCP leaders are mentioning Ramakrishna Babu’s name deliberately and stating that a leader who is a murder accused has no right to question the YSRCP MP. Now, the TDP leaders have also countered these allegations stating that when an accused number 10 doesn’t have the right to question, how can a leader who is A2 in several financial crimes cases have the right to question?
