The inauguration of a Palasa-Visakha train has led to criticism. Srikakulam MP Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu, in a press conference held at Palasa, lashed out at YSRCP Minister Appalaraju for having inaugurated the train ignoring protocol. The TDP MP alleged that the ruling YSRCP government is cheating the people of Andhra Pradesh in name of development.
Is this not deceiving?
MP Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu said that he wrote a letter to the Railway Minister to run trains, keeping in mind the heavy rush, and this led to the authorities sanctioning special trains to Visakhapatnam. Isn’t it deceiving the people by inaugurating the train without following the protocol? The TDP Parliamentarian lambasted the government for increasing pensions by just Rs 250, and for having made a false promise of paying Rs 3,000 as pensions to senior citizens.
Sand business by YSRCP leaders
The MP alleged that the YSRCP leaders who promised to give free sand had actually planned to do sand business. He alleged that when Amaravati was declared as the capital, CM Jagan did not speak and after coming into power, he got ready to shift his base to Visakhapatnam. YSRCP leaders were involved in illegal concrete businesses in Palasa, he alleged. The TDP added that the AP govt failed to give compensation to the Indian army personnel from Vajrapukotturu mandal who died recently. The allegations of the MP Rammohan Naidu on the ruling government have sparked a debate. It has to be seen how the YSCP reacts on the issue.
