Film industry is one of the most affected sectors that suffered a huge dent due to the lockdown. Tollywood literally came to a halt which left thousands of workers jobless. Nagarjuna pinned lots of hopes on his upcoming action thriller Wild Dog which is produced by Niranjan Reddy and Anvesh Reddy under Matinee Entertainment banner. It is directed by Ahishor Solomon while Dia Mirza is playing the female lead.
Nag is appearing in the role of a NIA officer in it. Wild Dog’s regular shooting recommenced now and the unit is shifting the shoot to Himalayas. Makers are planning a 20-day schedule in the mountains where they are going to shoot action sequences on Nagarjuna. This thriller is already on the verge of completion. Saiyami Kher and Atul Kulkarni are playing important characters in it. Nag will immediately move on to the sets of Soggade Chinni Nayana-2 after wrapping up his portions in Wild Dog.
Nag has made some special plans for 2020 and will be seen in a Hindi film titled Brahmastra with Ranbir Kapoor. The film is a trilogy and is being made in a three-part series which has been almost complete.
The latest we hear from his team is that after finishing the huge schedule of Wild Dog in Manali, Nag will take a break, and then he will get to the shooting of Brahmastra that will be shot in an indoor set that has been specially built in Mumbai.
Some of the biggest names in the country are playing key roles in this film that is being produced by Ayan Mukherjee and Karan Johar. Ayan himself is directing this film which is a fantasy drama on the lines of Harry Potter. More details of this film will be out soon.
