YSRCP gang wars have crossed the limits. In a recent attack, a person was brutally killed while three others are critically injured and battling for their lives. Let’s delve into the details.
The clashes amongst YSRCP leaders have gone beyond control especially in Guntur district. Now in a case of a fresh attack, two YSRCP groups clashed at Kattubadivaripalem village in Chilakaluripet mandal over a land dispute related to the construction of a road. In the clash between two groups, four people were grievously injured. Though the injured were immediately rushed to the Chilakaluripet Government Hospital, the rival group continued their unrelenting attack and wreaked havoc.
Around twenty-five, people armed with knives, axes and iron rods reached the Chilakaluripet Government Hospital and mercilessly assaulted those who were hospitalized. The group also created terror by destroying hospital furniture and windows. Doctors and nurses who were terrified by the situation fled the scene fearing for their lives. However, with the police arriving at the scene the situation was brought under control. Now, the health of those injured in the second attack by the other YSRCP group has turned serious. One of those persons who was seriously injured in the attack succumbed to his injuries at 2:10 AM. It is learnt that three others are still in serious condition.
YSRCP leader targets woman in Satuluru village
In the wake of clashes between two YSRCP groups at Kattubadivaripalem village, a YSRCP leader targeted Malathi, a widow who runs a hotel in Satuluru village of Narasaraopet. The lady who lost her husband had set up a small hotel to eke out a living in order to feed her three children. Now, a YSRCP leader Krishna attacked Malathi claiming that he has rights over the hotel site. Fearing that she might lose her livelihood, the lady’s family holding a poison bottle are protesting on the road, claiming that they would commit mass suicide.
Malathi has alleged that since she lost her husband, the YSRCP leaders are targeting her. She even threatened to commit suicide along with her children, if police fail to deliver her justice. TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh expressed his concerns over the injustice meted out to Malathi. He assured Malathi of all assistance from the TDP and likened the government rule in AP to that of a demonic one.
