Narsapuram YSRCP MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju came down heavily on the AP government for being number one in the country in making debts. He said at present the AP government is not even in a position to incur debts. He reminded me that no state in the country has introduced a budget through an ordinance. Raghuram Raju opined that the CM feared that the details of the debts would come out if the budget was introduced.
