A debate over the TIDCO housing scheme in the AP Legislative Assembly led to a ruckus with a TDP Legislator being suspended. TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu lost his cool and lambasted Speaker Thammineni Seetharam for not giving the Opposition members the chance to debate. Meanwhile, YSRCP MLA Ambati Rambabu demanded an apology from the Leader of the Opposition for having lashed out at the Speaker in such a manner.
AP Speaker loses his cool
AP Speaker Thammineni Seetharam lost his cool and warned Chandrababu Naidu when the latter questioned the former’s behaviour in Assembly. When the TDP MLAs rushed to the podium in support of their leader, the Speaker told them that he was not afraid and asked them to sit in their seats. Meanwhile, the YSRCP legislators raised slogans demanding the TDP supremo to apologize for his remarks against the Speaker. On the other hand, TDP MLA Kinjarapu Atchannaidu went all guns blazing at the YSRCP for trying to mislead the debate on TIDCO Housing Scheme.
