British acting legend, Sir Thomas Sean Connery, the first James Bond passed away on Saturday. He was 90. Born on 25 August 1930, Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, he is known for having played the fictional spy in seven films, from Dr No (1962), From Russia with Love (1963), Goldfinger (1964), Thunderball (1965), You Only Live Twice (1967), Diamonds Are Forever (1971) and Never Say Never Again (1983). Apart from noteworthy roles such as the Bond, the tall and handsome actor with a baritone voice had won an Academy Award for his portrayal of a tough Chicago cop in the 1987 flick The Untouchables.
