Tirupati Congress candidate Chinta Mohan made sensational remarks that Jagan had cancelled the Tirupati assembly as he would lose the CM chair. Leaders have stepped up their onslaught of criticism on opposition groups as by-election polling approaches. An influential leader from Chittoor district, another leader from Venkatagiri and another from Vijayanagaram district are vying for the post of CM. For that, they are already in the YSRCP and are already chalking out plans. Chinta claimed that Jagan, who knew all these things, had dissolved the Tirupati assembly. He said that now Dalits are getting closer to Congress. Chinta Mohan assured that he would persuade his superiors to declare Tirupati as the capital as soon as the Congress party came to power at the Center. He said with rising prices and privatization of industries, there was growing public opposition to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rule and he was sure to go home in the coming elections.
