Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao has unveiled the Dharani land records portal which has been an ambitious project of the state government. Touted as one of its kind integrated land record management portal, it was launched on Thursday noon at the Muduchintala village in Medchal-Malkajgiri district.
It provides beneficiaries with advantages such as –
• Registration and instant changes to land records.
• Online slot booking system.
• Totally secure fraud prevention system.
• Buyer and seller to undergo biometric authentication.
• Automatic calculation of registration and stamp duty charges.
• Completely free of corruption.
• Increase in registration offices from 141 to 712.
“A landmark integrated and record management system will be unveiled by Hon’ble CM KCR Garu today in the form of Dharani portal. Aims to bring in utmost transparency, zero down graft, promises simultaneous registration & mutation. Setting new standards for the rest of the country,” KTR, the Minister of MA&UD, Industries and IT&C of Telangana tweeted.
