Noted producer editor Mohan’s son Jayam Ravi is termed as a bankable star in Kollywood. He is currently busy with three films namely Bhoomi, Jana Gana Mana, and Ponniyin Selvan. Bhoomi is Ravi’s 25th film which is going to be released on Disney+ Hotstar. Ravi is seen in a farmer’s getup in the recently released posters of the film.
Nidhhi Agerwal is playing the female lead in Bhoomi. It is directed by Romeo Juliet fame Lakshman while D.Imman is composing the music. The team is going to release the trailer shortly. Ravi’s 26th outing Jana Gana Mana is directed by Endrendrum Punnagai fame Ahmed. Taapsee Pannu is playing the female lead in this espionage thriller. Ravi is said to be essaying the role of an Army officer in it.
Ponniyin Selvan is Mani Ratnam’s dream project with an ensemble cast in it. Jayam Ravi is sharing the screen space with Vikram, Vikram Prabhu, Karthi, Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhu, and Jayaram in this historical drama. Oscar-winner A.R Rehman is scoring the music for this film.
