Ravi Teja revived the hopes of the makers in the film industry with his bumper hit Krack. This Gopichand Malineni directorial proved that people are ready to flock to the theatres for a star-studded film if the talk is positive. Krack is the first big hit post the pandemic and it also gave the right boost to the ailing career of Mass Maharaja.
Ravi took his upcoming film Khiladi onto the sets before the release of Krack. Khiladi is directed by Ramesh Varma who made Veera with Ravi earlier which turned to be a dud. Rakshasudu is the only memorable film in the career of Ramesh apart from Ride which was released 12 years ago. This is becoming a matter of concern for Ravi Teja’s fans as they want their beloved actor to continue his hit streak.
Apart from it, Meenakshi Chaudhary and Dimple Hayathi who were roped in to play the leading ladies in Khiladi are relatively unknown. With a director possessing a so-so resume and no star heroines, Khiladi is a sort of a gamble for Ravi Teja that too after a super hit like Krack.
