Prahlad Modi, the brother of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday held a protest at the Lucknow Airport, stating that the security personnel had denied his supporters entry. It is learnt that Prahlad Modi had arrived via an Indigo flight and was disappointed with the fact that none of his followers was allowed entry. Reportedly, he staged a sit-in in the airport for over an hour and later moved away from the spot.
It is known that Prahalad Modi is the Vice President of the All-India Fair Price Shop Dealer’s Federation and had been on a personal visit to UP. He warned of holding an indefinite hunger strike if his followers were not released immediately.
