Rejection of complaints of TDP members
Government whip Srikanth Reddy has introduced a privilege motion in the House against TDP party deputy leader Atchannaidu. The committee rejected the TDP member’s complaints under the same privilege motion as they were not in the format mentioned by the Speaker. The privilege notice given by Repalle TDP member Anagani Satyanarayana was not taken. Committee chairman Govardhan Reddy clarified that the privilege notice should have permission from the Speaker hence Satyaprasad’s notice was not taken as Suo moto. The Chairman also announced that Privilege Complaint Committee had received a complaint on the protocol violation in Srikakulam district. Ten days later notices will be issued to them and action will be taken based on their replies.
