In a shocker from Proddatur in YSR Kadapa District, the official spokesperson of the TDP and a lawyer by profession, Nandam Subbaiah was brutally murdered by unidentified assailants. This fact that the TDP leader was murdered within two days, after having alleged YSRCP MLA Rachamallu Siva Prasad Reddy of corruption in the government housing scheme has turned sensational. Nandam Subbaiah was murdered at the location of the venture allocated for the poor by the government.
Reason for the murder?
The TDP official spokesperson Nandam Subbiah’s murder is being attributed not just for exposing the corruption of ruling party leaders, but also for having switched his allegiance to the TDP from the YSRCP. Subbaiah had alleged the YSRCP MLA Rachamallu Siva Prasad of having bought an acre of land in Chinnasettipalle village for Rs 5,00,000 and selling the same for Rs 40,00,000 to the government. However, police have registered a case and investigation is on to nab those responsible for the murder.
