Chandrababu Naidu has been limited to Hyderabad in wake of Corona but it is learnt that he would now be in Amaravati and would be available for the party leaders. He was until now monitoring the situation in AP by reviewing from Hyderabad. He also inquired about the attacks on the party leaders and held talks with the party leaders.
Even before the government could respond, he is reaching out to the people in case of any incident. He is talking to the victims and also giving the confidence to fight for them. The incident of murder of a young girl in Anantapur proves this in which he announced financial support of Rs 2 lakh to the mother of the victim. There are other examples like the murder of a family from the minority community.
It is learnt that though he had intentions to talk to the affected farmers of the Nivar cyclone, he could not because of the Covid19 guidelines and also looking at his age. He had protested against the government on the Rythu Bheema scheme by coming on to the Speaker’s podium during the Assembly sessions. It may be mentioned here that the government paid a premium on the same night.
He is upset by the shadow of the eclipse on Amaravati, for which he laid the foundation stone. While going to the ‘Jana Bheri’ meeting of the farmers marking the completion of one year of their protest, he bowed down to the place where the foundation stone was laid and there were emotional scenes. He assured all the support to the farmers.
The TDP chief through the zoom meetings asked the leaders to support the party activists who are suffering because of the government. He has been writing letters to the DGP on the partial attitude of the police officials. He is said to be unhappy staying in Hyderabad hence he wants to shift to Amaravati.
