Adipurush is a 3D adventure magnum opus based on the epic Ramayana made with exorbitant budgets. This Pan-Indian fare has Prabhas playing Lord Rama, Saif Ali Khan playing Ravan, and Kriti Sanon playing Sita in it. Adipurush is directed by Tanhaji fame Om Raut and the regular shoot will start on January 19th in Mumbai. This schedule will go on till August.
We know how Saif got into a controversy trying to justify the abduction of Sita by Ravan recently. This made him incur the wrath of Hindu outfits and even published an apology. Saif is currently enjoying a holiday with his family whereas Kareena is ready to deliver their second child. Om Raut revealed that Saif will join the sets in the month of March. The team has already announced that they are going to release the film on August 11th, 2022.
