Titles play an important role in the success of a film. A befitting title acts as a hanger to hook people’s interest to the film. As soon as a production house registers a title in the Film Chamber, hype surrounds it giving rise to numerous speculations on the film’s plot. Heroes and makers go through many brain-storming sessions before fixing title for their movies.
Many such titles which got registered by the makers don’t reach the title stage. This is because directors and stars have a habit of releasing ‘feelers’ into the public for gathering their pulse. If they don’t observe positive vibes for a certain ‘feeler’ title, they will ignore it and go for another one. Some directors are releasing teasers of their films even before finalizing the titles. Recently Boyapati Srinu released the teaser of his upcoming film with Nandamuri Balakrishna. Several names are doing the rounds for the project.

Pawan Kalyan has given nod to director Krish to star in his periodic drama. Power Star plays a character that resembles ‘Robin Hood’ in this film. The team has reportedly registered a title called ‘Virupaksha’ for it. Another title called ‘Om Sivam’ is being speculated as of now.
‘Guruji’ Trivikram is teaming up with ‘Young Tiger’ NTR for the second time. ‘AyinanuPoyiRavaleHastinaku’ is said to be registered as a title for this film and fans have even confirmed it. Neither director nor team condemned this and Filmnagar circles say that makers of this film believe it would be apt. Let’s see what Trivikram finalizes. Guruji’s hat-trick film with Mahesh is said to be on the cards now and both the director and actor are eager to repeat their combination. Sources say that the makers even registered a title called ‘Seetharamapuram’ for it. If grapevine is to be believed, Megastar’s ‘Lucifer’ remake under the direction of V.V Vinayak is said to have been named as ‘Big Brother’.
